Meringue Cookies Recipe with Only 2 Ingredients

The recipe requires egg whites and powdered sugar and that's it!
1. Equally measure the two ingredients(by weight)
Usually, I use about 2 egg whites and that's pretty good for one batch
2. First, add the egg whites to the bowl you're going to mix it in
3. Then add a little bit of the sugar powder
4. Start mixing them together with a hand-whisk(highly do not recommend) or an electronic whisk/stand mixers
5. Add little by little of the sugar powder while mixing and use all of it
6. Keep mixing until stiff peaks form
I mean this!! Most important part!!
7. If you want to add coloring gel, this is the time
Be very careful to not flatten the meringue again, I recommend mixing it again with your mixing tool! Also, don't use water-based food coloring, gel-based will work though.
8. Put it in a piping bag and squeeze it out into shapes you want onto a baking sheet
9. Put it in a preheated oven (100 degrees Celsius or 212 degrees Fahrenheit)
10. Wait for 1 hr to 1 hr and 30 minutes then take it out and let it cool to take it off the sheet
Here are my results!

I enjoyed making them very much and they are also a great way to pass a lot of time away :))
