Basil Butter Pasta&Souffle Pancake Recipes

This is the recipe I used for the butter basil pasta and it was delicious! I didn’t have any tomatoes so I didn’t add any but it still tasted good and the basil was delicious. I think that if you won’t add any tomatoes, you won’t need to add the last bit of butter that we are told to put in towards the end of the recipe!

This is the link for the souffle pancakes! Though hard to do without the handmix, it is definetely worth a try. Especially for someone like me who doesn’t like stiff pancakes very much, the inside of these pancakes are to die for! Make sure to cook the batter fast before the meringue dies down!
