School, Stress, and Sleep

I sat here on my bed trying to think of what to write for so long before I realized something- This is supposed to be one of the things in my life that Doesn‘t give me stress right now. Currently with 6 days of school work left to complete my teachers (and some of yours probably) decided to bombard us with projects and tests up until the last second, and Ive been losing sleep because of it. I don’t mean I’ve been physically losing sleep, but I’ve had So Many stress dreams since everything was assigned. Two of the more prominent ones are:
-Having to kill three cockroaches while they were attached to my back, thigh, and leg
-Showing up to my music camp completely naked and very Very distressed (that one was very fun and totally not scarring for my trans self ಠ_ಠ)
Anyway, I keep thinking about how last year was the same way except there were Finals. Thank goodness we don’t have those this year. Specifically from last year I remember calling my friend after a full nights rest after we had finished school and saying “that was the best sleep I’ve gotten since last summer”. Now I’m interested in what you guys think: Since this year I now have summer work to do, will that new stress influence my brain enough to keep me from sleeping easy or do you think it might not matter now that I won’t be in school? Personally, I hope not (obviously), but I’m kind of curious to find out.
To answer your question I personally think that school is not the only factor that keeps me awake! Sometimes I have personal issues and whatnot but I do agree that work does keep some of us up until late. I think that as long as you pace out your summer work and you also like doing your work during morning/afternoon time it shouldn’t affect your sleep much! But again, I think maybe some stay up because of other stuff lol
